This year the theme of the World Health Day is: Healthy beginnings, hopeful futures. Recently I became a mom, so this theme is near and dear to my heart.

I will be speaking about spiritual questions like:
Why does a soul join a family?
What is your child mirroring for you?
How do you stop family karma/patterns from harming your child?
and other spiritual parenting topics.
