About how to use the pineal gland for your health and inner growth, based on unconditional universal love. This workshop focuses on a tiny but important gland in the center of the brain. It mediates between our inner and outer world, between different states of consciousness, and plays a vital role in our health.

The pineal gland receives many types of signals from our body, from our earthly environment, and from far in- and beyond the cosmos, and also sends signals back. Introductions alternate with meditative exercises. During the meditations, the content of the introductions is made tangible, allowing you to apply the theory in practice. The workshop is interactive, and we learn from each other.
