3 Days of Lu Jong 26-27-28 July

This is your chance to fully immerse in this practice for health & happiness: open your body, your heart and your mind. In these 3 days you’ll learn the whole Lu Jong 1 series and the benefits are yours!

Content:

- You’ll be introduced into Lu Jong, its origins, the way it works

- Feel the 5 elements on inner outer secret levels

- Learn about the subtle body and some important principles of Tibetan medicine

- Practice, theory, play & relax: breathing exercises, inner power, 21 Lu Jong movements, meditation

- hand-outs and guidelines for your practice


Your teacher: Mariette de Kroon, Educator in the lineage of Tulku Lobsang
Where: Perenstraat 243, Den Haag & on the 2nd or 3rd day we’ll include a morning practice by the sea
Dates/times: Friday 13-19:00 - Saturday 10.30-17.00 - Sunday 10.00 - 17.00
