Omschrijving
The Sanctuary Earth- Empowerment #2

Created by Lasse Mosegard of Sonic Spheres in collaboration with Carl Hayden Smith, this 55-minute sonic experience invites you to slow down, recalibrate and reconnect with your physical intelligence.

Over 55 minutes, sound becomes a space for recalibration — inviting you to step away from the constant acceleration of urban life and reconnect with your physical intelligence.

Through immersive frequencies and carefully composed sonic environments, the session explores the relationship between sound, wellbeing and the spaces we inhabit.

Come as you are. Slow down. Listen inward.

Part of RESonance: Listening to the Future, The Sanctuary Earth Foundation’s day-long exploration of the role of sound, frequency and consciousness in shaping future human environments.
