Movement and dance have always had an important place within the journey of human evolution. In many traditions and cultures dances were part of marking moments for communities and individual lives. These movements and postures were originally designed and used to connect to specific energies that support human and personal development.

Using the body to connect to specific energies changes the way you think and feel. This allows for possible new insights and different, temporary states of being.

Are you interested to discover this for yourself?

You are welcome to join an afternoon in which you may learn about the human design and the effects of different postures, movements and music. You do not need any prior experience in dance.
