Mindfulness 2.0 — A 6-Week Journey into Presence, Movement & Inner Listening

Mindfulness began as a simple and practical way to train attention — rooted in Buddhist contemplative traditions and brought into modern life through MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction).

Anno 2026, mindfulness has evolved. We now understand that awareness and presence deepens when the whole body is included. Stillness helps, but movement does too. Listening inward, softening, and undoing can often reveal more than “doing your best to meditate.”

Mindfulness 2.0 is an updated, experiential version of mindfulness:
• less doing, more allowing
• less “sit still,” more embodied presence
• less homework, more direct lived experience

This course is offered in a small, intimate group. We will move, sit, breathe, share, reflect and explore together. Classes include movement meditation, or other themed meditation, sharing circles, short videos or sharing of inspiring texts, and group / partner exercises.

The atmosphere is intimate, explorative and grounded — a place where you can arrive as you are and come home to yourself again.

Day 1: Body: Grounding & Simple Awareness

Day 2: Breath: Sitting Meditation & Mindful Attitudes

Day 3: Thoughts, Feelings, Emotions: Staying Present when it’s Difficult

Day 4: Who am I? – Beyond the Story of Me

Day 5: Loving Kindness: Metta Meditation

Day 6: Integration & Gratitude: Closing the Circle

By whom? Tessa Curti-Nagtegaal is an experienced Relaxation Therapist, Emotional Release Workshop Facilitator and Holistic Coach. She has practiced meditation and mindfulness - in all possible ways - for over 23 years and loves to pass on the essence of what her own explorations have taught her.
