This program offers essential understanding of the human energy centers. You will learn about these five centers and how they work together, what energies they process and how to make this unique human system function in the ways it is designed for.

The human as a platform for higher energies

We will work mainly through study and lesson, but also through essence theatre, movements, meditation and music.
