Do you feel like giving yourself a real relaxing time without an agenda ? Do you want to be inspired by practicing mindfulness and mindful movements in a wonderful, quiet, spiritual and natural environment? Then, this is an opportunity for you.

LOCATION: Our meditation center is located outside on a porch with a marvelous view at the river, a wide landscape surrounded by jungle trees. 

You might even see an elephant walking in this area. There is also a beautiful garden where you can relax, a shop with typical Tharu cultural articles made by the women who work for one of the projects of SVSI. The women work at the land of Sapana village, so you can go and visit them to see how they make the articles, if you like.

OCTOBER 22:  picked up from Kathmandu airport by bus. Stay in a hotel in Kathmandu and have time to rest or have a walk in the city.

OCTOBER 23: pick up from your hotel in Kathmandu to drive to Sapana village in Chitwan (about 5 hours).

OCTOBER 24 TO 28: The 3rd – 7th day : Our days will start in a serene silent and peaceful atmosphere of the Nepali mornings. 

After lunch, you can enjoy any excursion you like with an open, quiet mind. Feel free to do what you like.

After dinner, you can get a relaxed Asian Ayurvedic massage (half an hour) with a professional massage therapist (one free massage is included in the package).


First day (Day 01): Pick up from the airport and one night hotel in Kathmandu.

Second day (Day 02): Pick up from your hotel Kathmandu to go to Chitwan

Third day to seventh day (Day 03 to day 07): 

– 6 nights stay in Sapana Village Lodge, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
– 5 mornings mindfulness sessions (including meditation before breakfast)
– 6 evenings mindfulness meditation
– 1 Ayurvedic massage (1/2 hour)

Eighth day (Day 08): transfer to Kathmandu and one night hotel in Kathmandu.

Ninth day (Day 09): transfer to Kathmandu airport


- Airplane flight. Of course, you can come before to Nepal or stay longer, so you’ll need to book your own flight. If you arrive before the program, the pick up from the airport is also possible, but in that case it is not included the price.


- Excursions in the afternoon

Tips if you want to stay longer time in Nepal:

Before or after our program, you can see Hindu and Buddhist temples during your stay in Kathmandu.

Just let us know in time. And you can also do a trek in Chepang hills or in Pokhara to see the Himalayas after or before our program in Chitwan, Sapana village lodge can make all arrangements for you.
